The XML menu is a placeholder for a menu in XMLmind XML Editor - Configuration and Deployment, defined in an XXE configuration file, which specific to an XML document type.

For example, such specific menu is defined for the DITA topic document type. When a DITA topic is opened in XXE, the XML menu is automatically populated with items ("Paste As", "Insert or Edit indexterm", etc) and its title changes from XML to Topic.
